We Pledge:

  • You and your customers will experience drivers who are polite, knowledgeable and concerned with providing you a quality transportation service.

  • Our management and dispatch personnel will proactively monitor shipment progress and rectify service concerns, to insure on time delivery. This is accomplished by reviewing each shipment's satellite tracking position and when a service concern arises, implementing corrective action.

  • If an unavoidable delay does occur, you will be advised of it by our staff calling you as early as possible. We will provide with a truthful account of why your shipment is delayed and with the plan we have in place to minimize the delay.

  • Each time we visit your business, we will review our on time delivery service report specific to your company. This report will show the on time delivery percentage, and a detailed account of any the service discrepancies defined by category (weather, breakdown, driver error, dispatch error, customer error). Should you be a rare customer where our service has fallen below our 98% on time goal, we will advise you of action plan to rectify the service.

  • We insure our drivers are dedicated to providing you the most safe, reliable service in the truckload marketplace. Each driver is provided with ongoing reviews of their individual service reports and safety practices.

  • Our family, staff, drivers and owner-operators are dedicated to provide professional transport service. When we say Professional, our team truly believes "It's more than just a name!"
